சிவனை நாகம் பூஜித்த ஒரு உண்மை சம்பவம்!!!!!

15.1.2010 அன்று கும்பகோணம் தேப்பெருமாநல்லூர் சிவன் கோவிலில், நடந்த, நம்மை மெய்சிலிர்க்க வைக்கும் ஒரு உண்மைச் சம்பவம் .!!!

தஞ்சாவூர் மாவட்டம் திருநாகேஸ்வரம் அருகே தேப்பெருமாநல்லூரில், வேதாந்தநாயகி சமேத விசுவநாத சுவாமி கோவில் உள்ளது.

இத்தலத்தில், விசுவநாத சுவாமிக்கு உருத்திராட்சத்தால் மட்டுமே அர்ச்சனை நடப்பது சிறப்பு..

15.1.2010 வெள்ளிக்கிழமை காலை 10.30 மணிக்கு அர்ச்சகர் கோயிலை திறந்து வைத்து விட்டு தண்ணீர் எடுத்துவர சென்றார்.

அப்போது கோயிலில் உள்ள ஐந்து வில்வ மரங்களில், (தல விருட்சம்) ஒன்றில் இருந்து ஒரு நல்லபாம்பு இறங்கி வருவதைப் பார்த்தார்.

அதன் வாயில் ஒரு வில்வ இலை இருந்தது.

இதற்குள் விஷயம் பரவி,அக்ரஹாரத்திலும் அக்கம்பக்கத்திலும் உள்ள பக்தர்கள் திரளாகக் குழுமிவிட்டனர்.பக்தர்கள் கூட்டத்தைக் கண்டவுடன் வாயில் வில்வ இலையுடன் எங்களை நோக்கிச் சீறிய படி வந்தது.

அதன் பிறகு, வில்வ இலையை வாயில் பிடித்தபடி ஊர்ந்து,அபிஷேகத் தீர்த்தங்கள் வெளியேறும் துவாரம் வழியாக (கோமுகம்) உள்ளே புகுந்தது. மிகச்சரியாக, சிவன் கருவறைக்குச் செல்லும் கோமுகத்தில் நுழைந்ததுதான் ஆச்சரியம்..

பின் அப்பாம்பு, ஆவுடையாரின் மீது ஏறி லிங்கபாணத்தின் மேல் வில்வ இலையை வைத்தது.

வில்வத்தை பறித்து வந்து அர்ச்சனை செய்த நல்ல பாம்பை, பக்தர்கள் திரண்டு சென்று பார்த்து அதிசயித்தனர்

இது போல் இரண்டு, மூன்று முறை செய்தது.

இந்த திருக்கோவில் தல புராணத்திலேயே அனந்தன், கார்கோடகன்,வாசுகி,சங்கபாலன்,குளிகன்,மகாபத்மன், தக்கன் ஆகிய ஏழு வகையான சர்ப்பங்களும், ராகுவும் கேதுவும் கூட இந்த ஆலய சிவனை பூசை செய்துள்ளன என்கின்றன தல புராணங்கள்.

இச்சம்பவம் அனைத்தும், வெள்ளிக்கிழமை சூரிய கிரகணம் அன்று காலை ராகு கால வேளையில் 9.30 மணி முதல் 11.00 மணிக்குள் நடந்துவிட்டது.

வில்வ மரத்தில் முற்கள் நிறைய இருக்கும்..பாம்பின் தோல் மிக மிருதுவாக இருக்கும். .அந்த முற்கள் கீறாமல் வில்வ இலையைப் பறித்து அது சிவலிங்கத்தை பூசித்தது என்றால், அது மனித அறிவின் எல்லைக்கு அப்பாற்பட்டு நடக்கக் கூடிய அதிசயங்களில் ஒன்றுதான்.!!!!

Solar Eclipse day[Translation]

News in Dinakaran - Dated: January 16, 2010

Kumbakonam: People here got excited seeing a Cobra picking Vilva leaves and doing Archana / pooja for Siva Linga.

There is a famous Temple for Sri Viswanatha at Thepperumanallur near Kumbakonam. Here, on 15th jan 2010, the priest opened the sanctum doors at about 10:30 AM and went to fetch water.

At that time he noticed a Cobra descending from the Temple Vilva (Bilva) tree carrying a Vilva leaf in its mouth. It entered the Sanctum of Sivalinga, went around the Vigraha and dropped the leaf on top of the Linga.

Then they saw the same being repeated one more time carrying a Vilva leaf and putting it on the Siva Linga. 

The Priest explained "It is doing the archana during the Solar Eclipse time to wash off its sins".

The Naga Serpent has been regularly visiting the Siva Idol for the last three SOLAR ECLIPSES.

The priest and some locals had arranged for a photographer a few months back during Sooriya Grahanam.

In fact, they had kept milk offering also for the Naga. But the snake did not appear on the day.

On this particular SOLAR ECLISE Grahanam day when the priest opened the Sanctum Sanctorum he saw the snake on the top of the Siva Linga idol.

He immediately called Mr. Thenappan the photographer who lives in Thrunagesvaram a kilo meter from this village.

Meantime a dozen or more people including my house caretaker had assembled to witness this miracle. In front of their eyes the Naga went back to the "Vilwa tree" plucked the leaves and came back all the way to drop it on the Siva Linga.

All these have been photographed by Mr. Thenappan  It may be pertinent to note that many of the residents of this village (Agaraharm) are named Nagarajan or Nagalingam for a few generations .
